Many thanks to all who came out to participate in this year's KDM 3-mile Fun Run and Walk! It was a cold morning and we had a modified race course, but that didn't deter runners of all ages from coming out to support the KDM Foundation in the name of our great friend and all others who perished on 9/11.

The KDM 3Mile Run/Walk is a great seasonal kickoff race for individuals, families and serious runners.
Held in Sea Bright, NJ since 2002, this race draws a great number of runners and the proceeds go to the KDM Foundation in order to support youth activities in the towns of Fair Haven, Rumson, and Sea Bright.

START/FINISH line is outside of the Sea Bright Boro Hall in the nearby parking lot or on Ocean Avenue.
THE COURSE: Flat, 1.5 mile straight into Monmouth Beach to a 180 degree turn and 1.5 mile return to the start/finish line.
